When you have guests...
Start of Season Spring Clean
At the start of the rental season, it is likely that your property will require a spring clean, if it has been unused during the winter months. We can ensure the electricity and water supplies are satisfactory, test all your electrical appliances, check light bulbs, launder curtains and rugs, ensure you have a sufficient supply of linen, notify you if any household items require replacement, and clean the interior of the property, balconies and tidy the garden.

Basic Welcome Pack
Will include water, fruit juice, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, bread, butter, eggs and a bottle of wine.

If you require any additional provisions for your guests, then you can e-mail us with your requirements. Please give us two days notice (excluding weekends).
Changeovers (arrival and departure)

Changeovers include airing the house, defrosting the fridge-freezer, cleaning and mopping floors and balconies, dusting furniture and fittings, cleaning kitchen and bathrooms, cleaning windows and shutters, turning on the fridge and making up beds. We supply all cleaning materials.

This will include a change of bed linen, and towels, cleaning bathroom, internal floors and balconies. We supply all cleaning materials.
Laundry
If any additional laundry is required during your guests stay, (rugs, quilts, curtains etc.) Then additional charges will be incurred.
Call outs
It is advisable that our contact details should be left in your property for your guests in case of emergency. If it is necessary for your guests to contact us, for example if they are lost, get locked out, have problems with services, appliances etc. the following charges will be incurred:-
Between 7.00 am – 7.00 pm |
25 Euro per callout up to 1 hour |
From 7.00 pm – 7.00 am |
45 Euro per callout up to 1 hour |
You may wish to charge your guests if the callout is as a result of their negligence. Please make your guests aware of this in your property manual or booking confirmation, and payment must be made by them during their stay.
Hire of Accessories for babies
To save clients the trouble and cost of transporting bulky cots, high chairs etc. we are pleased to offer this new service for the 2008 season
Rental Costs per week
Hi chair – 10 Euro
Cot – 15 Euro
Baby Bath – 5 Euro
Car seats are not available, but can usually be arranged with any reputable hire car company.
