Pool maintenance

Maintenance Visits
We will visit your pool in accordance with the Pool supplier’s recommendations. We will check operation of the filters and pump, clean as required and ensure the satisfactory chemical levels are maintained.

Cost per visit from 15 Euro excluding chemicals for pools up to 40 m2. For larger pools, please contact us for a quote.

Chemicals & Equipment
Chemicals cost approximately 300 Euro per year.  Chemicals must be paid for in advance at the start of the contract.

Pool cleaning equipment should be provided on site by the owner/s

Shared Pools
For shared pools, one person should be responsible for ensuring payment, unless by special arrangement.

Commissioning a new pool
It is beneficial for all parties, if we can meet the pool supplier on site as the pool is handed over.  If required we can supervise the filling of the pool.  If it is necessary to pay for water to be brought in, then payment must be made in advance.   We will carry out the initial cleaning of the pool (this usually involves 3 visits), and will check the chemical levels and will liaise with the pool supplier until we can be sure the pool is operating correctly.    Some pool suppliers provide equipment and an initial supply of chemicals.  Please check with your pool supplier to be sure.
