About us

Go West is family business.  We are a husband and wife team, and we moved to Crete from South Wales in November 2004 to set up a registered Property Management Company.  We were joined in August 2005 by our daughter and her boyfriend.

We are fully registered to operate as Property Managers, and we operate in the North West area of Crete.

We have been through the process of purchasing a property in Crete, so we have experienced the joys.  We are also aware of the problems that sometimes may occur and with this personal experience, and with over 10 years experience in property management and lettings in United Kingdom, we are well placed to look after your property, and are here to help take the worry out of owning your holiday home in Crete.

Reliability, professionalism, and integrity are very important to us, and as we are completely independent from any building company, we are able to act exclusively in your interest. 

We have established good relationships with local companies, and can act on your behalf to deal with snags, arrange deliveries or to organise and supervise building work and repairs.  We love the Σιγά Σιγά (slowly, slowly) and Αύριο (tomorrow) Cretan way of life, but this can sometimes mean that some things are out of our control, however we do our very best to overcome this and provide what you need from a  conscientious Property Management company.
